Dear Pilots,

In a few days, we’ll kick off the 2025 Belgian PRO Tour.

Below you’ll find some important information.

Updated Schedule

To make the race weekend even more efficient and appealing, we’ve made a few changes to the schedule:

Saturday

  • Practice sessions from 15:00 to 16:00
  • Time trials from 16:30 to 18:00: 12 minutes of free water per category to set the best lap time. This time will determine your starting position for the first heat on Sunday.

Sunday

  • No more general practice in the morning.
  • Only a latecomers’ practice session for the SKI and RUN classes.
  • The first heat starts promptly at 9:00 AM.

The live timetable will be available on your smartphone, so you can follow which race is happening anytime and anywhere. The results (as soon as they’re published) as well as lap times will also be available through this live timetable. You can access it via this link or by scanning the QR codes displayed throughout the venue.

New Categories

NOVICE Ski Lites is now AMATEUR Ski Lites and has been split into AMATEUR Ski Lites and AMATEUR Ski Lites Ladies. These two categories will race together but will have separate rankings.

Rec Lites is now called Runabout 1100 Stock, and includes Yamaha EX, EXR JetBlaster, and Sea-Doo Spark.

PRO Tour

Since it’s more enjoyable for everyone to start from a full starting line, we would like to give some extra encouragement to the pilots from the following categories:

  • AMATEUR Ski Lites + Ladies
  • Run Stock
  • Ski Veterans GP 35+

Pilots in these categories who attend all 5 races (and are present at the award ceremony) will receive a €300 cashback at the end of the season.

Reminder

Be on time and well-prepared at the registration desk and technical control. This will help avoid unpleasant surprises. Don’t forget your medical certificates.

Pilots with chrome or other shiny/reflective number plates that are not clearly legible will not be allowed to race (read the full article here).

It is strictly forbidden to refuel outside the designated areas. We also strongly recommend using an environmental or workshop mat during refueling to prevent spills and protect the terrain.

The start system remains unchanged:

  • 4 red circles: engine may be started (the pilot may request a “2-minute hold” by raising their hand).
  • 4 red lights: start procedure is running (no more “2-minute hold” requests allowed), lights will turn off within 1 to 5 seconds (randomly).
  • lights off: START! You may go.

Your vessel must not exceed 86dB(a) (measured at a distance of 22.86 m) as per the rules. Please do everything possible to minimize your craft’s noise output. Pilots with overly loud vessels will not be allowed to participate.
